How the transit finder works

The transit finder searches a date range and returns every aspect formed between outer planets in transit and the planets in your natal chart. Results are sorted by exactness and show the date the aspect is exact, the window it is active, and the house it falls in.

Conjunction is the strongest aspect type, merging the transit planet directly with the natal planet. Oppositions and squares produce tension and pressure; trines and sextiles tend to be easier and more opportunistic. The transit planet's speed determines how long the window lasts: a Jupiter transit may be active for a few weeks, while a Pluto transit can remain within orb for a year or more.
