TransitChart is an astrological chart application that runs entirely in your browser. We are committed to your privacy. Your personal data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
To generate your natal chart you provide your birth date, birth time, and birth location. This information is sensitive and we treat it accordingly.
All data you enter — birth date, time, and location — is saved in your browser so your chart is still there when you come back. It never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for transitchart.com.
When you search for a birth location, the city name you type is sent to our server solely to look up geographic coordinates via the GeoNames geocoding service. We do not log or store these search queries. The coordinates returned are used to calculate your chart and are not stored beyond the current session.
We do not use cookies. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services.
Location search is powered by GeoNames, subject to their own privacy policy. No other third-party services are used.
Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our end, there is nothing for us to delete or provide on request. Your data lives only in your own browser and is fully under your control.
